2023 Season: April 15 through June 4, 2023 
- Eight Consecutive Weekends 

Fees: $42.50 per frontage foot with $850 minimum, or as agreed upon by Crafts Coordinator. Camping is additional. A yearly maintenance fee applies. All Exhibitors must carry a minimum of $1,000,000 liability insurance with the Georgia Renaissance Festival listed as additional insured.

Requirements: Juried Show. An approved exhibitor must handcraft items, by an approved contributing artist, or under the direct supervision of an approved exhibitor or an approved contributing artist. Items not approved will not be allowed for sale at GARF.

Booth: Exhibitors are responsible for building, buying, or renting shops on site. Renaissance-themed tents or decorated carts will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Most temporary art show set-ups will not be acceptable. The Festival will assist in locating available booths and spaces. Demonstrators will receive priority.

Costumes: All workers are required to wear Renaissance costumes. A separate costume sheet will accompany participant guidelines.

Please fill out the Artist Application and Craft Jury Review Form below. Submit by deadline date or download the form and print it out with a minimum of 5 photographs or a photo CD (more if necessary to efficiently represent your work).

Applications are accepted from: Aug. 1, 2022 - Feb. 15, 2023.
